The project was a major remodel of an existing home. We installed a gorgeous Loma/Porcelina finish in a custom color (Brandy Cream) in the main entry, the living and dining rooms.

The entry/gallery is an oval room with a floating elliptical ceiling. The walls are a sanded finish Osage Loma, the ceiling is burnished Sugarloaf White Porcelina, finished with Pate Dugay (neutral) and highly polished. The main living space, Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen are all finished (walls and ceiling soffit) with Osage Loma.

Highly burnished Porcelina was installed in the Group’s commercial space, including entry, conference room, showroom and kitchen area, and hallway to tech support offices.

The entire home, which was built with ICF was plastered over a brown coat, with a burnished Porcelina/Loma mixture, except the Guest Powder Room, which is a night sky blue.

The whole house (except for children’s rooms, closets) were plastered with American Clay, burnished Porcelina in Napa Olive, Savanna Moss, and a custom “Chocolate” in a powder room. This home will appear in Western Interiors.

Porcelina, in a combination of Sugarloaf White and Acacia, was installed in the Master Bath and Bedroom, and on the exterior of an elevator, in a stairwell atrium. In addition, two embedded stencils were created that added a stunning touch to the main living space. A Guest Powder Room was plastered with a blended color, plant imprints, and stencil in a contrasting color.
